A large part of the Sea of Japan coast was hit by heavy snow on Sunday, as strong wintry air mass descended on much of the Japanese archipelago, causing traffic jams and hampering university entrance exams.
But all of this is great news for Japan’s many ski areas – effectively extending the Japanese skiing season through well into early April.
Japan Holidays is able to organise some great ski deals for those wishing to take advantage of Japan’s unexpected extended ski season.
Appi Resort– located in the north of the main island Honshu – is offering a special March Only Price – available from the 6 -25 Mar 2017.
