Hi Juliane,
Just wanted to drop you a quick thank you for organising the most wonderful trip for our family. With a very vague brief of “can we do eight days doing the touristy things and three days skiing”, you came up with a wonderful itinerary. We loved the Tokyo day tour, the Sumo wrestling, snow monkeys, onsens and traditional Japanese hotels, Matsumoto and the skiing in Hakuba. It was unforgettably good.
The app with our itinerary and your availability if we had a question, made it all so easy.
