Yuno, one of the oldest villages at the base of Mt Fuji, has a rich culture and long history tied to sake brewing. Fresh water from Mt Fuji has been used for over 300 years and 18 generations to make the finest sake.

Sake is the language that brings us all together!

The Sake Nouveau Festival is held in mid March every year and is a great opportunity to drink the finest fresh sake in the presence of Mt Fuji.
