World-class skiing in Tohoku with ease of access from Tokyo and Niigata.

On the southern face of Mount Bandai, 29 slopes await with deep powder snow from mid-December through to early April.

With runs for all ski levels, a world-class freestyle zone, cross-country trails, dedicated play fields, English instruction and full day-care facilities, this is one of the region’s largest and most accessible winter parks.

The resort has 8 lifts that include a gondola, 2 quad chairs and an assortment of pair lifts. Night skiing is available until 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights, making for great long days of skiing.

Bandai tends to attract families and all levels of skiers who enjoy its variety of runs and proximity to its luxurious resort hotel. Nekoma, which roughly translates as Demonic Cat, is tailored to challenge more advanced skiers with some mogul runs, steep slopes and tantalizing jumps.
