Kiroro is a medium sized resort spread over two mountain peaks with a distinct lack of crowds.
Nestling among the mountains in the delightful village of Akaigawa in Hokkaido, the Kiroro Resort is less than a 90-minute drive from New Chitose International Airport and an hour from Sapporo, or 40 minutes from Otaru.
A modern, medium sized resort comprised of 4 ski areas – Nagamine, Asari, Yoichi and Centre areas, with all linked by a series of chair lifts and a gondola. The facilities and lift system is modern with the majority of lifts being hooded.
